WINTERIZATION Outside a single white snowflake falls... Disbelief falls on your face as another snowflake falls... Then you realize, another riding year over and it's time to put the bike away for the winter. This is the time to get in that last few riding days and put our bikes properly away for the winter so they are ready for the next riding season to start again.
Well, it's that time of year again! Soon the cold rain or snow will be falling and the motorcycles will be tucked away for the winter. And each spring your dealer's phone will ring off the wall with customers who did not store the ol' bike properly and now wonder why it won't run. Some preparation now will ensure that you are out riding in the spring instead of waiting in the dealer's lineup.
Columbia Scooters is offering a "House Call Winterization Service". We come to your garage and winterize your scooter or motorcycle on the spot! Please call or E-mail Us for more details. Prices vary based on location and model.

With over 2500 square feet of work space, 3 lifts, and a team of certified technicians, the service departments at Columbia Scooters can perform any repair or service you need for your Vespa, Piaggio, Kymco or other scooter. Conveniently located at the corner of Baseline and Cornelius Pass Road and our downtown location on SE MLK, we make it easy to drop off and pick your scooter for service. Of course, for some customers, we still offer the convenience of drop-off and pickup at our Downtown store ($39.95 each way) or pick-up and drop off at your home address for a few dollars more! Call our service team to schedule a time convenient for you. When you make an appointment, routine maintenance scheduled for drop-off at either location will be ready the next day. Even if you don’t have an appointment, you can drop off your scooter anytime we are open for routine maintenance or a flat tire and we will service it on a ‘first come, first served basis’! All repairs are done on an ‘Inspect and Report’ basis. We will perform a thorough inspection and diagnosis of any issues you have and contact you with an estimate for repairs and parts availability.
WARRANTY REPAIRS: Please note that warranty repairs are subject to approval from the manufacturer, which sometimes may take a few days. For faster service, customers always have the option of paying up front, and we will gladly reimburse the full amount of the repair if/when the manufacturer authorizes the repair. Customers can pre-authorize repairs to facilitate faster service. Please speak to your service advisor for details.

| All service is by appointment. |
Email address is required for work estimates and completion notification purposes. |
| Labor rate is $75 an hour. |
Minimum service charge is 1/2 hour labor for diagnostic and lift time. |
Vehicles dropped off for routine maintenance must be picked up the same day if notice is given before 5 pm. |
Vespa Hillsboro does not install parts or accessories that were not purchased from our Parts Department. |
Vehicles left for more than 24 hours after notification for pickup will be a charged $10 per day storage fee. |
